Exponential Trendlines plotted against normal dates rather than Nodes.

Notice that when plotted in normal 'linear time', the trendlines slowly curve...This is covered in my book.

  1. Interesting. Can you do both? say dates along the bottom and nodes along the top?

  2. Hi Anonymous,
Not very easily, I'm limited by the way spreadsheets work. The best I could do is put them in manually....A lot of work...

  3. Mark: Using these charts, can we make any predictions on the future movement of SPX or NDX.
On the SPX the price line is sitting on the 1.317 basis/1.272 growth and right below 1.317 basis/1.272 decay.
(Assume I am seeing colors correctly)
Would we say that both these curves are resistance to SPX upward move?
